1. The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
2. A prize draw will take place on or around the 25th day of each month, with effect from July 2006.
3. Prize draw entries will automatically be awarded to holders of a participating MONEY BY MINI product in accordance with the Reward Programme Schedule set out at the end of these Rules. The participating MONEY BY MINI products are identified in the Reward Programme Schedule. We may vary the automatic award of entries on participating products from time to time (please see paragraph 11 below). Additional products may be added to the Programme from time to time and published at this website (referred to as the “Website” in these Rules).
4. Entries automatically awarded on participating MONEY BY MINI products in a month will be entered into the draw taking place in the following month. Where a participating product is held in joint names, automatic entries will be awarded only to the holder whose name first appears on the application form for the product.
5. No purchase necessary to enter. Applicants may enter a draw without purchasing or opening any participating MONEY BY MINI product by sending their name, address and telephone number on a postcard to REWARDS BY MINI, Unit 12, Deane House Studios, Greenwood Place, London NW5 1LB. One entry for each postcard received in accordance with these rules will be entered. Entries must be in the participant’s own handwriting and may not be made via agents or third parties. Entries received by us between the 1st and 30th day of the month will be entered into the draw taking place in the following month. We cannot accept any responsibility for entries which are lost, delayed or damaged before reaching us. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be entered.
6. In the event that any qualifying entries are not entered into a draw for any reason, we reserve the right to allocate the entry to the next available draw. We reserve the right not to award automatic entries in relation to any participating product while the product holder is in breach of any of the Terms and Conditions of that product. We may suspend or terminate entry if an entrant breaches these rules or supplies false or misleading information to us or we suspect fraud or misconduct. Entries have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
7. Please click here for Prize details: The number and types of prizes on offer will vary each month and the prizes on offer in each draw will normally have differing values. There will normally be no less than 3 prizes in a draw and the prizes will normally include at least one prize related to a MINI product, service or event. The number and details of the prizes for a draw and the conditions relating to the prizes, including any requirements as to eligibility and other restrictions (for example, any age restrictions and dates on which a prize is available etc) will be posted or referred to at www.moneybymini.co.uk no later than the start of the month prior to month on which the draw is taking place.
8. All prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute or alter any advertised prizes with another prize of equivalent value without giving notice. The prizes are not transferable without our prior written agreement and no cash alternative is available. Any prize that is not taken within the times specified will lapse.
9. The winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all entries awarded or made in accordance with these Rules. The draw will not be subject to any appeal and no correspondence concerning the drawing of the winners will be entered into. A winner can only win one prize in a draw. If more than one prize is drawn for a winner in a draw, the winner will be awarded only the first prize drawn to him/her.
10. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email and/or letter within 21 days of the draw date. The names of winners and their counties of residence may be published on the Website and other promotional material and the winners may be required to take part in other PR activity without their prior permission and without any entitlement to any financial reward. Entrants agree to such usage by accepting any prize drawn to them. The names of winners and their counties in relation to a draw will be available by sending a handwritten request and SAE within 28 days of the relevant draw date to REWARDS BY MINI at the address of NDL Group below.
11. We reserve the right to change these rules (including the schedule), cancel any draw or suspend or withdraw the reward Programme at any time and no compensation will be payable. We will try to post at least 1 month’s notice on the Website and give notice to affected holders of participating products but reserve the right to change these rules, cancel any draw or suspend or withdraw the Programme without notice where due to exceptional circumstances. We may also give less notice of the automatic award of additional entries to the draw in relation to any participating products.
12. Entrants agree these rules by applying for the participating MONEY BY MINI product or otherwise entering the Programme in accordance with these Rules and by accepting any prize drawn to them. Nothing in these rules will affect your statutory rights. These rules are subject to English law.
13. We, MINI Financial Services Ltd of Europa House, Bartley Way, Hook, Hampshire RG27 9RF, are the Promoter of the Reward Programme. The Reward Programme is operated for us by NDL Group of Unit 12, Deane House Studios, Greenwood Place, London NW5 1LB. The participating products are provided and administered by separate providers. Please see the individual participating product Terms and Conditions for details.

* Entries awarded on purchasing or opening a participating product

The 10 entries awarded on opening or purchasing (as applicable) the participating product are awarded only in the month in which the product is opened or purchased, except in relation to the MINI Credit Card, where the 10 entries are awarded when you first start spending on the card. We reserve the right not to award entries or to withdraw entries awarded on the purchase or opening of a participating product which you cancel or close within 30 days of purchase or opening.

** Entries awarded on credit card spend

You should allow up to 30 days following a purchase on your card for the spend on that purchase to be allocated to your account. The spend on which your entries are awarded in any month will be the spend shown on your credit card statement sent to you in that month and the entries awarded on this spend will be entered into the following month’s draw. For illustration purposes: entries awarded on the spend shown in your February statement will be included in the March draw.

No entries are awarded on the credit card for balance transfers, cash advances. American Express Travellers Cheque purchases, Foreign Exchange and Express cash transactions, any spending in excess of your credit limit, or charges or interest incurred on the card. We reserve the right not to award entries or to withdraw entries earned on card spending which is subsequently refunded to the card or adjusted for other reasons.

Entries on spend made by any additional cardholder will be awarded to the credit card account holder.You will be able to view on the Website the number of entries to a draw automatically awarded to you on participating products up to 5 days prior to the date of the draw.

Any new MINI Savings and MINI Insurance products opened or purchased on or after 01.01.2008 - as well as existing products maturing or renewing after 31.12.2007 - do not qualify for the REWARDS BY MINI programme.
