1. When is the Rewards programme closing?


The Rewards programme will be coming to an end on 31 October 2008. The last prize draw will be the October draw, and will take place in the first week of November.

 

2. Why will the REWARDS BY MINI programme be ending?


We closed the programme to new Savings and Insurance customers on 01 January 2008 allowing it to come to a natural end in October 2008.

 

3. What will happen to the entries I have earned?


All entries you have earned will be entered into the October draw.

 

4. Am I still eligible for my unclaimed prize?


Yes. If you are a previous month’s winner and you have not yet claimed your prize, you are still eligible. To claim your prize, you must contact REWARDS BY MINI at info@rewards.moneybymini.co.uk by 31 October 2008.

 

5. Am I still able to redeem my claimed prize after 31 October 2008?


Yes. If you have not yet redeemed your prize, you can still do so after 31 October. All prizes however need to be redeemed by 31 March 2009.

 

6. Will there be a new REWARDS BY MINI programme?


There are currently no plans to offer a replacement programme for Money By MINI.

8. What prizes are available?


Each month. REWARDS BY MINI will be bringing you a range of exciting prizes to be won. To find out what's on offer, simply check the REWARDS BY MINI Prizes section on a regular basis.

 

9. How can I enter the draw?


You will earn automatic entries to a draw through spending on your MINI Card from American Express. You may also enter without holding any participating product by the no purchase necessary route. See Terms and Conditions for details. You can check your monthly entries total by logging in to the 'My Entries' section of the website. Details of how to obtain a password will be sent to you within 6 weeks of taking out your first MONEY BY MINI product.

11.  What are my chances of winning a prize?


Unlike a reward Programme where points are collected to purchase prizes, we guarantee that all prizes shown will be given away every month. Your chance of winning a prize is enhanced by the number of free entries to the draw given to you every month, so the amount you spend on your MINI Card relates directly to your chance of winning a prize.

 

12.  How do I know if I’ve been included in the draw?


REWARDS BY MINI have developed a sophisticated system which receives details of all entries earned each month. You will be able to log in to your account to view your entries history, as well as your total automatic entries for the current draw. Don't worry if some of your purchases are not shown yet, they will automatically be included in a future draw.

 

13.  I want to view my entries history online – how do I get my password?


You will receive a letter, welcoming you to the Programme, giving an authentication code which will enable you to log on and create a password. Please note that it may take up to 6 weeks to receive your letter from the date you purchase your first product.

 

14.  What if I move house, how do I update my details?


When you are logged in to the 'My Entries' section of the website, there is a facility at the bottom of your Statement for you to tell us that you have changed address. Please note that this will only affect your REWARDS BY MINI account. You will still need to contact each participating service provider to notify them as well.

 

15.  How do I know if I’ve won?


All winners will be notified by REWARDS BY MINI by letter and telephone. A full list of winners will also be available on the 'Previous Winners' section of the website.
